By purchasing plugins at Jarvis365, you accept and agree with our terms of service. Licensing terms included in ToS are the following:
One license is valid per 3 sites or one license per 10 sites. Functionality of plugins is not limited in time. By purchasing the plugin, you automatically get a license, technical support and future updates. Technical support is limited to 90 days from the date of purchase.
All functions and updates will be available after the expiration of the 90-day free technical support. Also you can extend the period of the free technical support after its expiration.
Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of purchase. If within 14 days after the purchase you encounter any difficulties or incorrect operation of the plugin, we will return your money. However, we hope that you understand that these are WordPress plugins and that they may have conflicts with your WordPress templates or any other WordPress plugins that you are using that we cannot have any control over. Developers of plugins and templates often make mistakes in code, while our plugins have been tested on at least 5 different servers before being released. However, errors in other code can cause problems in the work of our plugins. We are ready to help you if that happens. You can always contact us through the internal customer support service, and we will help you to solve any problem related to our product. So do not hesitate to ask for help right away. In case the problem can not be solved, we will provide a refund.
If you change your mind about using our plugin, while everything works as it should, no refund will be granted as we believe that such a transaction is unfair.
